Our Appraisers are accredited with several professional appraiser organizations which require continuing education in order to maintain credentials. All appraisals and/or Desktop Surveys (abbreviated appraisals), meet the Appraisal Foundation's Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
We have experience with a wide variety of clients including large, national and small local and regional banks; accounting firms; corporate and bankruptcy attorneys; physician groups, physician practices, and hospitals; national auctioneering firms, insurers, and a host of large and small corporate and private businesses.
Assignments have taken us to many locations throughout the United States and to Canada.
