If you can provide us pertinent information about what you want appraised and where it is located, we can have a "not to exceed" fee quote for you usually within a day.
Appraisals and Desktop Survey Reports. We publish formal appraisals and Desktop Survey Reports as well. Desktop Survey Reports are not formal appraisals and don't necessarily require an appraiser to physically inspect the assets in order to render an opinion of value. Often a less costly Desktop Survey provides clients with enough information about the value of the assets in question for sound decision making.
